Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within up to 7 business days of payment confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on the shipping option selected or our current availability. If we are on vacation or temporarily unavailable, this will be announced on our Instagram, and our website will be closed for orders during that time.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Local Standard – CHF 7
  • Local Next Day – CHF 10
  • Europe – CHF 25
  • International (Asia, USA, etc.) – CHF 50

We currently ship using Swiss Post. We may upgrade to DHL for certain destinations in the future.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Switzerland / EU: 2–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

These estimates may vary depending on postal delays or customs processing.

Tracking

Once shipped, tracking information will be added to your order page on Shopify. You can access it through your account or order confirmation page. Depending on Shopify’s settings, you may also receive a tracking email.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by their local authorities.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If an issue occurs, please contact us at huntergatherer.service@gmail.com, and we will assess the situation to the best of our ability. However, we do not offer refunds or replacements for lost or damaged parcels

Note for EU Customers:
Because all our items are secondhand and unique, the statutory EU “right of withdrawal” (cooling-off period) does not apply. Refunds are only provided if an item arrives significantly different from its description.
