Refund Policy

All items sold by Hunter Gatherer are pre-owned, one-of-a-kind vintage or secondhand pieces. Due to their unique nature, all sales are final.

• We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for reasons such as change of mind, sizing, or general wear consistent with the item’s description.
• Refunds are only issued if an item arrives significantly different from its description (e.g., undisclosed major damage or the wrong item).

If this applies to your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at huntergatherer.service@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos, and a short explanation. If approved, we’ll issue a refund once the item is returned to us in its received condition.
